Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At UniSwift, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at Customer@uniswift.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at Customer@uniswift.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please

  1. Return your original product
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures faster processing and availability of stock.

European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions for EU returns:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at: Customer@uniswift.co
