Thank you for choosing Uniswift. We are committed to delivering high-quality sports gear to athletes across the United States. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Standard Orders: Processed Monday–Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Custom/Made to Order Gear: Items such as customized jerseys or specific professional gear may require 25-30 business days for production before shipping.
- High Volume Alerts: During peak seasons or sales, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT (IMPORTANT)
To ensure the highest level of quality control and to protect against transit damage or missing items, Uniswift requires an Unboxing Video for all claims.
- Please record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the package.
- The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the items inside.
- Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the denial of a replacement or refund claim.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Uniswift is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at customer@uniswift.us.
- Provide your order number and the Unboxing Video.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
